What people have told us
Supawan Khamthong
Huai Khwang, Bangkok
"We had documents in three different drawers and nobody could ever find anything when we needed it. After the filing session, everything has a labelled place and my husband actually uses the system — which I genuinely did not expect. The index sheet on the front of the cabinet is what made the difference."

"The workshop covered things I had not come across before — particularly around how to check whether someone has actually understood what you said. My sister and I have very different communication styles and that one technique alone has reduced the number of misunderstandings between us. I would have liked a bit more time on the exercises but overall it was worth the half-day."

"We booked this during a particularly chaotic few months and it was the right decision. Nattawut did not judge the state of our paperwork at all — he just worked through it with us methodically. Three months later the folder system is still intact, which says something."

HR Manager, Ratchathewi
"We engaged Familora to help us design a family support module for our employee assistance programme. What we got was a proper curriculum with facilitator notes, not a list of suggestions. The operational plan was detailed enough that we could actually hand it to a new staff member and have them run the sessions. Genuinely useful work."

Mattana Srisuk
Bangkapi, Bangkok
"I went into the workshop with some scepticism — I have been to similar things that turned into group therapy in disguise. This stayed clearly educational, which was exactly what I needed. The handbook is well written and I have referred back to it twice since the session. Pimchanok was easy to listen to and kept things moving."

"My mother passed away last year and we were left with a very disorganised collection of documents — some important, some not, and none of it labelled. Familora approached the session carefully and without any pressure to rush. Having it organised now has made a genuinely difficult process easier to manage."

How things played out for three households
Case Study 01 · Filing Setup · April 2025
Multi-generational household in Sathon
The Situation
A household of four adults across two generations, each managing their own paperwork in separate locations in the same home. Important documents for elderly parents were inaccessible to adult children when needed. Nobody knew what was where.
What We Did
The filing session involved all four adults together. We designed a single shared folder structure covering household, personal, and medical-adjacent documents, with separate labelled sections per person. The index sheet was printed in both English and Thai.
Outcome
Four weeks later, the family reported that the system was in use and that two documents needed urgently by the parents had been located within minutes. The household estimated they had spent about three hours looking for those same documents in the previous six months.
"It sounds small but finding something when you need it — without asking everyone in the house — has genuinely changed the atmosphere at home." — Adult child participant

Two siblings navigating a family property discussion
The Situation
Two adult siblings attending together. They had a number of unresolved household conversations that had stalled repeatedly. Each felt unheard by the other. They were not looking for mediation — just tools for communicating more clearly.
What We Did
A standard Communication Basics workshop session — same material and format as any other booking. The pair worked through the exercises together, which gave them a shared vocabulary to refer to after the session. The workshop did not address their specific household matters directly.
Outcome
Feedback at 30 days indicated both participants had used at least one technique from the handbook in a household conversation since the session. One sibling noted the other had begun pausing to check for understanding in a way they had not before.
"We did not resolve anything in the workshop and it was not supposed to. But we came out of it with a shared approach, which is what we needed." — Participant
Case Study 03 · B2B Advisory · March–April 2025
Community services organisation, Chatuchak
The Situation
A small non-profit wanted to add a family administration module to their existing community programme. They had a rough outline but no curriculum, no facilitator materials, and no delivery plan. They needed to be able to run it independently without ongoing support.
What We Did
Over four weeks we conducted a needs assessment, designed a four-session curriculum with facilitator notes for each session, and produced an operational plan covering room setup, participant numbers, timing, materials, and a simple feedback process.
Outcome
The organisation ran their first cohort two months after the advisory ended, using the materials as delivered. They ran it with two volunteer facilitators who had not been involved in the advisory — a reasonable test of how self-sufficient the materials were.
"The operational plan was more detailed than I expected. We actually used it as a checklist for the first two sessions." — Programme coordinator
